One of the things I love about having this blog, is being able to have a voice. If I can reach one person, to help make a difference for my friend Juliana, then that is fantastic.
Please take the time to read this post I did on Juliana in June.
I saw this on instagram last night, posted be her husband, and I knew I had to help.
We can help her today by texting WISH to 80077. That is is. Nothing to fill out, just a simple text and $5 will go towards helping this family afford Juliana’s life saving treatments.
She just wants her life back. The part that just hits me the most is she was just like any one of us. She married the love of her life, had a beautiful baby boy, and now she just wants to live that life.

This story hit me pretty close to home because I used to work at a Specialty Pharmacy and we were able to get Gammunex (the drug) for FREE for some patients.
The pharmacy is called Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy (http://diplomatpharmacy.com/) and they truly help out as many patients as possible with funding options.
If she hasn't already, I would suggest contacting Diplomat to see how they can help her with funding!!!

Oops, I misread. I thought the organization was going to donate $5 for me just sending a text, not billed to my cell phone account. I'm all for helping though, so the intial shock of being billed only lasted about 15 seconds. Will keep her in my prayers.
