Oh hey, long time no see. Is this thing even on? Ehh… sorry friends. I didn’t even really MEAN to take a big bloggy break but it just happened. I have had the busiest (and the most fun) summer in history, so it just kind of got pushed down on the list!! I so sowwy–I miss you too!
So what have I been up to? I have tried to stay up to date on Instagram, so if you follow me over there you have gotten some glimpses into my crazy life these days.
The last I left you I was getting ready for the big family vacay to Hawaii! I still owe you a big ‘ole post on this trip–just trying to find some time to get all the pics together.
We had a pretty sweet party deck at our beach side abode. Take me back Hawaii!!
Right after we got back from Hawaii, we left three days later for Becky’s bachelorette party on Lake Cumberland for the fourth of July.
We had a special surprise guest swim in ALL the way from Hawaii! She finally made it 😉 You can watch her entrance on this little ditty I whipped up.
What else what else… oh yes. Wedding season. I have been whipping up ‘dos left and right. So thankful for a busy season, but shew, it takes it outta ya!
I have also been doing tons of work with Brandi Kristina Photography for her senior sessions! Love these girls, they have the best skin!! Babies… grr.
And THIS is pretty cool, my blog was featured in MOUR Magazine’s July issue and I could not be more thrilled!!! THANK YOU MOUR!! I was so honored to host the Blog Spot for the month! I have also been busy home improving like WOAH. I got this ottoman on craigs list for like $60 bucks and mi madre covered it. Sadie loves it.
I took a stab at gardening. Let’s just say I need some serious hydrangea education. They looked pretty good for about a week. Now, not so much.
At least the hydrangeas got me through sissy’s bridal shower! Which was so fun to plan and such a sweet day! She looked beautiful!
Which reminds me… there was something else important going on….
OH YEAH. Becky’s wedding!! Sis got married this past weekend, and is now off enjoying her honeymoon! I am having serious FOMO of her and my new bro Matt. I want to be there too, such a stage mom I am!!
