Well I had planned to do a Family Feud update this week, but you’ll have to wait. I KNOW there has to be a way to get the episode off my DVR, and on to the computer… right? Hmm… surely.
Anyhoo, this week I got a wild hair to re-do my office space at work. I have had all my old stuff since college (many moons ago) and it was way past time for an update. We needed some simple sophistication in this office. I’m still perfecting it, will be adding a few more things but here is what we have so far…
I went with neutrals, tans and whites, with a splash of Tiffany bluish-teal, and some burlap bows for good measure.
I mean… we couldn’t get rid of the Carrie pic, it just got it a new frame 😉
I got everything for the desk reno at Home Goods. LOVE that store. I think the little teal flower thingy for my keys is my favorite.
And then this little guy is in the mail and on it’s way to me…

In other news, Simply Flawless headquarters {aka my closet} is working out just as I planned.
Here is a sneak peek at one of my spring brides, Holly. Isn’t she the cutest? We had so much fun at her hair and makeup trial, having mimosas and gettin’ pretty.
My goal this weekend is to figure out how to get FF digital. If it comes to it, I will tape the damn thing on my phone and upload it. HA! But I will leave  you with this. SEE…it really did air! 😉

OMG. I'm 85% positive that I saw this episode and didn't even realize it was you! The laundromat I go to always plays Family Feud so I'm always half watching while I knit. Not as sad as it sounds LOL. How exciting for you!!

I'm LOVING the new look of your office! I spotted that little teal dish right away, before your post even said it was your favorite. It's adorable! I often overlook the cute little things like that at Homegoods when I don't have a TON of time. I mean honestly I could spend hours in there, ha.

PS – Had my makeup trial this weekend and I love who I hired. The only thing is when shown a photo of beloved Carrie, she went a little too dramatic with the super dark eyeshadow.
What is a nice way to tell her to tone is back down to Carrie pretty and not over-done photo shoot? Any help would be so much appreciated! 🙂
