Top o the morning to ya.
So weekend recap: prior to celebrating St. Patty’s day, and of course the CATS win, I stopped in Sephora for a much needed Saturday morning date.
That store is like crack. I needed a bunch of the standard essentials, and came out with the following.
1. Buxom lipgloss, in bunny. LOVE.
2. Makeup Forever Mat Velvet #30
3. Makeup Forever Duo Matte powder #202
4. Nars Orgasm blush
5. Sephora Natural Round Powder brush (highly recommend!)
6. Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion
All and all a good trip. I feel so much better when I have all of my products, I had been out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t pretty.
So can we talk about something?
Green beer.
I don’t get it.
Everywhere I went Saturday people tried to give me green beer. DISLIKE.
Why does it weird me out so much? I have no idea, but I can’t stand it. It looks like swamp water. Luckily I made friends with the bartender and found some secret non green beer.
I had so much fun with all the girls, and of course sissy and boyfriend!
It was one of those weekends where I really really appreciated being a twenty something with no babies. Ha ha 😉

Urban Decay Primer Potion is one of my absolute must haves, but that store is definitely like crack. I feel like I need everything! And everything costs $20-$40 each *sigh*
I didn't end up having any green beer either, but for the first time in over 3 years, I was green the next morning 🙁
I also appreciate being a 20 something without kids. There's definitely no rush here!
Buxom lip gloss is my faaaavorite! And they have SO many awesome colors to choose from! I don't think I've tried Bunny yet!

Obsessed with Sephora! That store always gets me in trouble. I go to get one thing & I leave with 5 haha. The buxom lip gloss is the best, I can't even tell you how many I have. Which color is your favorite?
I use that urban eye primer which is also amazing. Another one I like is the two faced "eye insurance." I use the nars blush as well but the bronze/blush duo one.
I've heard nothing but good things about makeup forever so I might have to try that next. I currently use Laura Mercier & like it but am always looking to try new brands 🙂 do you use the foundation & powder both on a daily basis?

I LOVE make up forever! I have the HD foundation, primer, and finishing powder. I've been wondering about the nars blush. Im thinking about getting some, because i just dropped my blush and it broke into a million pieces.

St Patty's weekend is definitely a good time to be baby free!
I have been wanting the NARS Orgasm blush for a long time, but hate spending that much money on blush. Maybe I'll have the hubs get it for me for Mother's Day! Speaking of being a mother… this was the first weekend that I kinda missed the freedom I had before baby. No green beer for me!
I feel like I have to go to Sephora tomorrow. I just got the Urban Decay Naked palette a few weeks ago & I think I need the Naked 2. I always sit and debate with the brushes but it hurts my little grinch heart to spend so much on one brush. I always feel like I need shopping rehab after I leave there.
