First of all, who gets strep in May? This girl. I pretty much figured that’s what it was, considering I am a chronic strep getter. Fever of 102, SWOLLEN neck and throat and on/off sweating like crazy. Attractive huh? I went to my dad’s office and had a strep test, and then proceeded to get the largest shot I have ever seen in my rear (don’t worry, my dad did not administer my ass shot). Ouch, I almost passed out. Now I can’t sit on my left side. Ha, but apparently a shot of penicillin works pretty fast, and I should be feeling better in no time. I have been up from a nap for about an hour now, and I’m feeling like I need to lay down again with some Sex and The City re-runs. Wish me luck!
