Today I am trying on some new arrivals from of my favorite Lexington boutique, Peplum! Fun fact, I use to moonlight at Peplum back when I had free time, I love that store so much! My mom, sis and I have an upcoming trip to Florida, and I am in desperate need of a wardrobe update, so I went and saw my girls at Peplum to help me out! I am linking all of my finds below!

I have always been a sucker for a good babydoll, and this one is so sweet. I love the flutter sleeves. You could dress it up with wedges too and it would be so adorable! I am wearing a medium.

Normally I would have NEVER tried this one, but the girls pulled it for me and I actually loved it!! This jumpsuit is such a cute casual option, and made me feel effortlessly pulled together. This may be my airport go to!! The fabric is so soft, and you could just throw a sweater over it since airplanes are always freezing. The little tennis shoes are linked here! (jumpsuit is a medium!)

I needed some sweaters that I could transition into spring, and I loved the color of this cropped chenille version. Bonus, easy to breastfeed baby still. I am wearing a medium!

OK this might be my favorite outfit of the bunch. This little top and short set is just adorable, and you can wear it three ways!

I think I will probably wear it with a little white t-shirt most often, but I also liked it as a set, and with leggings!

Ok let’s talk about this romper. How stinking cute is this? This is another item I would have never tried on for myself, but sometimes it is so great to try on things out of your comfort zone, because I love it! You can easily dress up or down with flats or wedges, and it is breastfeeding friendly because, buttons! This is a small, it is a roomier fit because normally I don’t think I would be a small. I am 5’4″ if that helps!

Every gal needs a classic seersucker dress in their closet right? This version is super flattering, even thought it is a shift dress that sometimes lose their shape on me. I am wearing a small, and it is still roomy so size down!

I love a good short romper. Now granted I would need a serious tan to pull this off, but hey that is why we are going to Florida right? This snakeskin romper is a super flattering fit, and I like that even though we are showing some leg, the top and sleeves make it a little more conservative up top. This is probably what I will wear for Valentines Day, if Tim and I get to actually go anywhere!

I have always loved mustard, it is one of my favorite fall go to colors to wear. The neckline on this top is so interesting and the sleeves are cute and flattering. However, it is cropped and I originally had it on with normal wasted jeans and I was too nervous to move. I mean hello, I am a mother, I can’t be showing my stomach like the college girls these days! I then put it on with high waisted jeans, and it worked so much better! I posted both pics for comparison sake.

I am wearing a medium in the top, and here it is with the high waisted jeans. So much better!

This little stripped sweater has my heart, I love the colors and it shall be my valentines day sweater! I am wearing a medium!

I liked the color of this top, it is in the gold family, and I think blondes look so pretty in golds. Jeans are the same ones I linked above here!

I feel so much better having some update clothes in my closet. I mean I have truly been living in leggings and oversized sweatshirts in my post baby life, and too much of the can just make you feel not so great about yourself sometimes. It is funny, I put off shopping when I am “not where I want to be” physically, but really taking some time to invest in you appearance can make such a difference, even if the jeans are a size bigger than you use to wear. Who cares! I am trying to just be present and happy in the NOW. And now that I have some updates, I am so excited for a mini vacay with my mom and sister! Florida here we come!
