yes, you read that right.
This weekend was the annual panty party with my girlfriends! SAY WHAT?
Every year we send all the husbands and boyfriends (psssh… what husbands or boyfriends?) away and we party with just the girls and do a little dirty santa, panty style!
You just bring one pair of new (obviously, people) panties all wrapped up and then you get to come home with a fun new different pair! Basically it is an excuse for a party, amiright?
My favorite hostess with the mostest Dana, threw a fabulous party yet again.

I am slightly obsessed with my little Ellen bugs sparkly shirt (from worlds apart) but that is neither here nor there…
Cran-pom jingle balls greeted us at the front door on ice…
and the jello shots were a-flowin.
Every year there is a highly coveted pair of panties, that get stolen immediately. Poor Nicole only had those sparkly ones for about 34 seconds. I am not sure who ended up with them actually…
After the stealing is over, everyone inevitably ends up in their panties, because that is what 28 year old women do.
And no, I was NOT the only one wearing a festive holiday headband provided by the hostess… SEEE

IT IS MINE!
we closed yesterday! YAYYYY. I cannot begin to tell you how relieved and happy I am. I love it, it is beautiful, and it is now officially mine!!!
More pics to come soon, as I am still getting settled and it is nowhere near decorated, but hopefully these will hold you over! I give you…. MY CLOSET!
