easy pasta salad

Baby sissy asked for my pasta salad recipe so she could make it in NYC, so I thought I’d just blog it for her (and you)! It is seriously so easy, and so so good. I am slightly addicted.
You will need…
1. A box of pasta. Totally your choice here, but I like the bowties or the spiral things.
2. One container fat free feta, I bottle fat free zesty Italian, and some grape tomatoes.
3. a cucumber. And don’t be fooled:
I am ashamed to admit i have done this MORE than once.
Now all you do is cook the box of pasta (drain) and then throw it in a big bowl with your sliced up tomato halves, and your cucumber umm… I don’t know, little pieces, then throw in the fat free feta, and  pour in the fat free Italian dressing. (I use about half the bottle, then add more if it needs it).
Mix it all up and let it get cold in the fridge. Voila, pasta salad.
This is my favorite summer side dish! LOVE IT!
