Well girls, if you find yourself sitting at your desk thinking “oh shite, swimsuit season is upon us” then, like me, you are probably starting to panic. How does it always sneak up on me?! Let’s not kid ourselves here, it is the SAME time every year, but somehow I always find myself filled with drive and ambition to get fit say in January, and then come May I am like oh crap, you want me at a pool party WHEN?! No one needs to see what is going on under these clothes, no one. So my desire to get fit has been rekindled, and my relationship with tasty treats, is now of love/hate. I have decided to partake in a diet of lettuce, and vodka sodas.
Ok I totally kid, but seriously it is time to get it in CHECK if LouLou wants to be beach ready in say oh… NOVEMBER?! Anyhoo, the point of my little rant here is that whilst on my quest to get healthy at lunch today, I discovered a little gem at the grocery store.
Enter skinny cow dream clusters.
What’s that you say? crunchy crisps and creamy caramel drenched in milk chocolate all for 100 calories?!?
I stashed more than I choose to admit in my little basket and hauled ass to the u-scan.
I have always been a fan of the skinny cow brand, but these little babies are news to me. Do yourself a favor and go try them.
Dear Skinny Cow,
You are welcome for this stellar product review. If you would like to send me mass quantities of these heavenly morsels, or have me be the official face of the skinny cow brand, please contact me in three months, when I don’t look so “swollen”. Kthanks.
So here is my plan: eat like a skinny cow…
and look like this.
{and shant we forget Sadie}
Let’s revisit this post in say July and see what has happened. My guess? not much 😉 but thank you skinny cow for making me such a happy dieting girl today.
That is all.
First time I hear of Skinny Cow! I wonder if we can find those in Canada?
http://www.ilovecafemoka.blogspot.com
OMG!!! Those must be new products because I haven't seen those yet! I am heading to the store now!! Yessss! I have been craving some ice cream and sweets so badly too! Woohooooo!
Love those!!! Also, crystal light (with water) and vodka is super low cal!
Love Skinny Cow and the pic of Sadie!
Love those!!!! 🙂
Oooh I need to try these! Love the pic of Sadie! haha
Oh my goodness, you crack me up! And make me desperately want chocolate….gotta go find some NOW!
Yummmmmm. I think I'm drooling 🙂
You kill me! Sadie is bikini ready for sure! 🙂
I need to try the Skinny Cow stuff out!!
Im right with ya on the bikini body, ahh!! Can't use the Ive had a baby forever, He is two!! haha
I have GOT to try those! They look delish.
there happens to be some skinny cow currently in my freezer… but my mouth literally watered over those little morsels. Yummmmyyy
Why do dogs look so cute in bikinis. oh and any time someone picks up the miraculous swimsuit at work i think of your review of yours hahah so many times people try on that bra and go "well that was scary"
CarissaExplainsItAll
Lol – love the post! And Skinny Cow is delicious! I haven't seen this new treat but I now know what I'll be getting next time I go to the store. 🙂
These look delicious! I am sure our little grocery store doesn't carry them, but I will be checking!
I'm eating a damn salad. For like the 500th day in a row. If I have to eat another piece of lettuce, I am going to scream.
But, I'm still not swim suit ready. Effff
I LOVE Skinny Cows!!!
I gave you a shout out on my blog today : )
http://www.brittpennington.com
great post – i should join you in the diet of lettuce & vodka sodas! hah i love skinny cow treats, they are all so good. this reminded me i need to go buy some and put allll the easter candy away before it's too late!
Oh my goodness I think I am going to the store right now!
You are gorgeous – no need to lose one ounce. But thanks for passing along the skinny tip:).
I love me some Skinny Cows! I haven't tried the Dreamy Clusters and will definitely have to give them a try.
I'm just jumping back on the WW train and I'm all about the low point snacks.
Bikini season is scaring the Sh– out of me!
I really don't know if there is any hope at this point. I guess I will just drink more while on the beach so it won't bother me as much…..
I saw those in the store yesterday and wondered if they would be good or not… now I'll have to go buy them!!! My only probably is that I eat multiple 100 calorie packs, which is exactly why I'm a little swollen too in this pre-swimsuit season. Oops.
OH MY GOSH! Dying over Miss Sadie in her bikini!!! Where oh where did you get that? LTB needs.
I LOVEEEEEEE Skinny Cow delights!! 🙂 <3 you will look fab no matter what lady! no doubt about it 🙂
I haven't tried the Skinny Cow goodies, but seriously need to. I didn't know they had such a nice selection. And Miss Sadie is looking good!!
I won't lie. Sadie's looking real good! Loving the kini!
LMAO over the pic of Sadie in a bikini! She looks better in a bikini than I 🙁 LOL I am going to get some of those treats!
I love Skinny Cow! I have not seen these yet. My favorite are the mint ice cream cones.
Yes! I LOVE Skinny Cows….mouth watering. How could they be so good….and not so bad??
Oh guuuurl, I am so picking up what your throwing down. I just had my baby at the end of January, and I'm freaking out cause I gotta hurry my shizz up to get bikini worthy
Can't wait to try these!!!! Yum! Kori xoxo
looove skinny cow anything!
I have seen recent pics of Lou Lou and she needn't worry about bikini season! I plan on posing baby girl in front of me all summer long to hide the jiggly belly! Also, after seeing your recent move into new digs I have a little office warming present for you!! Email me an address at southernblondejen@gmail.com and I'll get it out to you!
I am so HOOKED on skinny cow! had one tonight in fact 🙂 and I'm with Jen, you have nothing to worry about! 🙂
xo
http://littlelivingthings.blogspot.com/
its so hard to diet 🙁 but girl you are like a skinny minny! you don't need to!!
I love skinny cows! I haven't seen those new little treats though… must try them!
HAHAHA!! I'm SOOO going to look for those today!! I totally feel you on the whole January "heck yes-let's do this- I'm gonna be a skinny VS model by May" thing- and then TOTALLY falling off the wagon by February.
You are adorable. and I'm completely hooked on your blog. I love it!! Keep doin whatcha doin girl!! 🙂
YUM! 🙂
I also love the vodka sodas! hahaha
I've never tried Skinny Cow, but I'm sure even if I did swap out my snacks/sweets for Skinny Cow, I'd still not look anything like the SI model :0(
yeeeaaah I love skinny cow. but too much becuase what happens is i have a diet melt down where I just mass amounts of the ice cream and at that rate the 100 cal thing nooooot really good anymore lol
These look divine. I am right there with you with the desire to get fit, but maybe the motivation will come tomorrow. You know, after I finish my Easter candy…
