Miss Carrie was on Leno last night looking precious. And she got some laughs, good girl 🙂
In other news, I had to have an EGD yesterday (don’t ask me what that stands for) but they had to put a scopey thing down my throat and I had to get an IV!
(I’m a baby when it comes to needles) But good news is nothing serious is going on. Soooo yay. I was pretty loopey all day yesterday- think Unicorn after wisdom teeth except not as funny. Darn it. Sadie and I slept all day on the couch, and the whole time all I could think of was how funny it would be if Sadie had been given a hospital bracelet for her recent surgery.
So a certain friend of mine needs suggestions for her boy’s birthday but she can’t post it on her blog because he will see! HELP girls! If you have suggestions for that awkward “we haven’t been dating that long, but I like you” birthday gift please help a sister out! I’ll make sure she gets your suggestions!

tickets are always good. Obvi nothing too personal! I think I got Mike a nice button down shirt for one of our earlier present exchanges. The man can't shop to save his life.
I kind of like the idea of getting him tickets to a sporting event or somewhere that he likes, etc… something that they can go to together and that he will enjoy! Just a thought?!

First, Glad you are okay sweet girl! secondly, birthday suggestion : what about a burned cd of his favorite songs, tickets to a sporting event(like several mentioned)as long not too pricey , um picnic for two including his fav beverage of choice , something relating to his favorite sports team that might go with his house or something? Just some thoughts! Good luck! 🙂

after a month of dating, i got my guy a wine aerator thing (he LOVES red wine) and he uses it all the time! it's awesome for the red wine drinker and nothing too crazy…
then again, he got me a canon rebel after a month of dating so he believes in going all out…haha

My first gifts for my boyfriend were mostly funny. HE LOVED THEM! I got him an old fashioned Superman tin lunch box for work hahahaha, and some really funny toilet paper, dont ask. lol. hes long distance, so i ordered him some pizza (his favorite) to be delivered as a suprise when he got home, and had a Red Velvet cake delivered to his door. He loved it! It was funny and silly, and perfect! Not too mushy mushy, he was fed, and he was happy! haha 🙂

If he has a good sense of humor, get him a gag gift like a Shake Weight. A friend of mine got one for her birthday from her "been on 4 dates" guy and it was hysterically funny! Definitely broke the birthday present pressure and everyone had a good laugh. 🙂
