Last night the fam and I took the pug mafia down to the Lexington Legends ballgame for a little summer soiree called Bark in the Park!
Sadie was so excited she could hardly contain herself. Maggie and Mac (her sister and nephew) also joined. They are far better behaved, as evident in this photo.
We ran into the pugs friend Hogan (and Davis, hi Davis!!)
Sis doesn’t have a pug, but luckily Ginny obliged and loaned her one for the evening. What are cousins for, amiright?
I also find it funny that the only brunette has the black pug. 🙂
Everyone had a great time. It was so fun seeing all the other dogs! Surprisingly we only saw one other pug, who I think was very upset she wasn’t with us 🙁
And apparently we made the news! Here we are just getting some camera action. See, everyone loves a pug! LOL. Sadie was a pro, but Mac was a nervous wreck. It’s ok Mac, Sadie is use to doing PR-she runs this blog with one paw behind her back.
Once we got home it was lights out for Sadie girl. I have never seen a more exhausted pug in my life. So naturally I did what anyone would do…
and gave her a fancy hairdo.

This is hilarious. I can see Brody now (he is a 100 lb. black lab). He would have the time of his life. He would want to get IN the kiddie pool and frolick though. When he gets around other dogs he totally acts like he has had no raisings whatsoever.
