Lowlights. I haz em.
I mean yes, it is still very blonde, BUT I have gotten more and more lowlights these past two times, and I can really tell! Good job Brittney, you are the best hairdresser EVA. I think it has been helping my fine baby hairs.
AND, in a proactive attempt to save you all the hassle of asking where I got that adorable little lacey top in the pic above, let me tell you.
I purchased this little baby from Ruche.
And I am wearing it with skinnies and my Louboutin’s. Now the earrings in the pic? You are on your own, but I want to say Forever 21.
So spring is clearly upon us, and I have been wearing dresses. I was straight up frightened at the paleness of my legs in the mirror the first day, so I borrowed the roomies Lancome, flash bronzer, and I am kinda obsessed. It is a gel substance, and it goes on super smoothly. It has made my lack of sunlight a tad more bearable.
I think it is helping, right?
The only downfall is my work bestie came in the office and asked “did someone get spray tanned at lunch, it smells like a spray tan?”
Hmm. pretty sure that is me…
Suggestions on ones that smell a little less obvious? I know you girls have them.
And last but certainly not least, I will leave you with this pic. The babes were in Disney this past weekend, and it appears they got princess makeovers.

I used to use a bronzing gel that smelled weird too, I would put it on at night and then just quickly shower off in the morning! After that the smell wasn't noticeable! Love your hair! Your are gorgeous darling!

Loving the lowlights!! Sooo pretty:) I need some new self tanner too. I tried one once that had a pink grapefruit scent – I think it was L'Oreal!
The best bronzer ever is the St. Tropez mousse. Available at Sephora. Not only does it not smell bad, it smells good. Its a little pricey, like $30, but last forever and totally worth it. Really great color too, not at all orange-y.
I used two different bronzing lotions before our trip and they both smelled weird. I don't think you can get around that but let us know if you find something.
And look at you coming up on that search. How cool is that?
St Tropez is great- but Tan Towels are fantastic. I know for sure that they sell them at Nordstrom and ULTA

I have St. Tropez lotion and it works very well! Put it on at night and rinse off in the morning. I also have some VS bronzing that works well for an everyday lotion. I'm just weird about self tanners so I don't use them regularly.

Girl, I tried on a swimsuit yesterday and I swear, I have never been this pale in my entire life. I'm going to try my Carrie Underwear tan machine tonight as I have only ever used it on my face (works great). After that, I don't know what I'll do. I am not great with the lotion…I may need to enlist in a professional or sack up and pay for the Kate Somerville tan towels because those do work something awesome.
PLL! OMG being listed under Carrie Underwood cowboy boots makes you extemely famous in my book. But I think of you as a Star anyway just because Pink Lou Lou is amazing!!!
The best self-tanner I have found that works the best (in my opinion) by far is Banana Boat's Sunless Tannin Lotion in Deep Dark Color.

I use Xen-Tan, I love it and it makes you look tan but has a awesome beachy, vanilla smell. It does not smell like self tanner at all!

I've used St Tropez mousse for a little while now. I like it alright, but I'm always down to try new ones! I know they have the Lancome gel & the tan towels at Sephora. I'd love to see a post about all the ones people are using 🙂 That top is absolutely adorable!! Love it!

St. Tropez mousse is the BEST bronzer ever. It doesn't smell, and it's a gradual tan…not orange at all. I absolutely love it. I bought the $30 kit at Sephora (that comes with a mitt to help you put it on your body) and use it daily.

Loving the low lights, I've went darker too but I still missed the lightness. Ah well, spring is coming and momma needs a touch up before her 26 birthday.
Best self tanner EVER: Xen Tan- it's a little more expensive then most at $40 for a tube of the lux. I have the darkest, it smells like vanilla (although a bit strong but better then the nasty self tan smell). It lasts a week, has color guide, fades well and provide a natural color. LOVE IT!!!

I have a spray tan membership & then use a tinted moisturizer too. Butttt it looks like I need to try out this St Tropez to see what it's all about. I love me some beauty products especially in the form of a tan since I'm about as pale as they come.
I've heard that the Rodan and Fields self tanner doesn't smell. I haven't tried it, but I ordered some. I can't wait to try it!

Your hair looks fabulous! Ok, I swear by Tan Towels – they have them at Ulta. No mess, easy and quick to apply and they make you bronzed(and I am SUPER pale). Put on before bed and shower off in the morning = no smell! May I also suggest the Laura Mercier bronzer "Sun Dust" – you can find it Sephora. It also creates a bronzed glow! Have fun and Good luck!

try Jergens Natural Glow moisturizer. You won't get instant results, but in a few days, you'll be looking fab. Just watch around the feet! 🙂
